Common fixes
Ren can't hear me
Check that Afterlight has microphone access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone. Headphones or a quiet room help, and Ren won't mistake her own voice for yours.
A scene stopped in the middle
Afterlight saves the conversation when the app goes to the background, a call comes in or your headphones change. Open the scene again from the Journal. A weak connection can also end a scene.
Restore or manage Afterlight Plus
In the app, open your profile, tap See Afterlight Plus, then Restore Purchases. To cancel or change plans, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my data
Your conversations, lines and journal live only on your phone. Delete a conversation from its recap, or delete the app to remove everything.
